LIMITED WARRANTY OrDella rods are covered by a limited warranty against defect in workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the original owner. Rod breakage will be eligible for warranty consideration within the first 24 months to the original owner (beyond 24 months see No Fault Replacement Plan below). If the problem was due to defect in workmanship or material, the rod will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. If the replacement is required, but the model is no longer offered, the rod would be replaced with what we determine to be the closest model from our current catalog. If the problem is due to misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear or the result of an unfortunate accident, the customer will be advised of the cost of repair or replacement before proceeding. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the rod and does not cover consequential damages due to the failure of the rod unless they are specifically included under various state laws. INSTRUCTIONS FOR LIMITED WARRANTY RETURN: Return the damaged rod in a protective container, prepaid and insured, along with dated proof of purchase (required), and a check, Visa or MasterCard information to cover the $20.00 return shipping and handling within the U.S. Rods exceeding 8 feet in length may require additional payment, to be determined by actual shipping costs. NO FAULT REPLACEMNET PLAN Ordella Rods offers our valued customers a No Fault Replacement option for a period of 10 years from the purchase date to the original owner. If the exact model is no longer offered, the rod would be replaced with what we determine to be the closest model from our current catalog. The fee for the No Fault Replacement Plan option is $60.00. This plan does not cover fire damage, intentional breakage, modified or customized rods.
